Prints must be smaller than 8.5 x12 inches or equivalent area. Prints should be unmounted. Combining color prints and monochrome prints in any single pictorial print section is not allowed.

When processing your entry form, online labels for your prints will be automatically generated. Please print these on self-adhesive pressure sensitive labels and attach the label to the top left BACK corner of the print. No title or identification of the maker shall be visible anywhere on the front of an image/ print entered in this exhibition.
Please check that the title on the print label match the titles on the Entry Form.

The entrant verifies authorization for the exhibition to destroy the exhibitor’s prints.

DUE TO EXPECTED WORLDWIDE POSTAGE DELAYS – PLEASE POST EARLY
Entrants are advised to send their entries by airmail and allow adequate time for delivery. Delays should also be expected for any items being posted to the entrant by the Salon. Packages arriving after the closing date for entries will not be judged.
